Cursor Size Checker
This is a single arrow.cur file you can use to check which cursor size your monitor uses.
WHY THIS?
Windows uses two main file types for cursors:
- .cur files are static images, usually designed at 32×32 or 48×48 pixels but can go up to a maximum of 128×128 pixels.
- .ani files are animated cursors made up of multiple frames at similar resolutions, but the maximum resolution allowed by Windows in this case is 64×64 pixels.
Windows automatically chooses a cursor size based on the resolution and scale set on your display. The goal of this arrow.cur is to show which cursor size your monitor uses, so you can verify whether a cursor pack is compatible with your resolution, since some cursors may only include cursor sizes of 32×32 pixels.
