How to Import Purchases from Other Stores

If you have previously purchased one of my products from another official platform, such as DeviantArt, Ko-fi, or Gumroad, you can import those orders into your account on jepricreations.com and have access to the products and future updates, all in one convenient platform.

To do so, first create an account if you don't have one yet on the Login/SignUp page.

Then, go to the Orders page in your account: My account. Click the "Import Order" button in the top right corner. This will open a dialog with a form where you will select the store you want to import your purchase from, your username or email for that platform, and the order ID. Once you've filled out the form, click "Import." If the information you entered is correct, your purchase will be imported instantly, giving you access to the product.
